A. If there is a question of quality and if a claim is required then I (the customer) must contact Local Market LLC to file a claim within 7 days of delivery.
B. Physically damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours after delivery and confirmed with photographic evidence sent to info@caviarmangourmet.com. In cases of physical damage during transit, Caviarman Gourmet must be provided with sufficient information to file a claim against UPS, FedEx, or Air Cargo Provider. This is essential to ensure the quality of future deliveries. Local Market LLC will offer a refund or a replacement for the order, and in some cases, the return of the product may be required. In the case of a return for a refund, products must be shipped back to Local Market LLC as they were received in the original package.
